As usual I spent all day worrying about the workout and as soon as we started, I realized I was just kidding myself and that this was really what I had been looking forward to. Long warmup with an extra 2 miles down Mass Ave. Two mile tempo at AU, supposed to be at 6-minute pace, Zeke and I went out in 5:49 and came back in 5:25. It would have been 3200m, but probably was a full 2 miles, given the barriers around the track repairs. We were in a group with Aidan and the Colaizzii. 2 minute planks with Zeke. 200 and 300 felt great, 100s my form was poor.
