Comments:
5X15 pattern. Pain in knee initially. Start Heart was 87. At end of second pattern top rate was 134 and 109 in walk. Pain went away and no foor pain. Poor foot strike - not enough heel. After run and core torso and knee sit ups rest pulse was 107. Wt 173 (shoes on)
