My legs felt pretty worn out yesterday, and I didnt really feel like running when I got back. Very hungry when I got home today as well, so it would have been a late run. The best runs are when I have a desire to get out there. Did abs later in the evening, which was nice felt a good strength in my abs. Air is really dry in the apartment, and I get a headache from it. Abs was a nice relaxer. Legs should be feeling fresher so I can get back to it.
