Comments:
It was a little hot today. The workout was hard 400, easy 200 at like 11 minute pace, 200 hard, and about 3 minutes rest in between. I always ran the first 200 of the 400 way faster. I kinda went out way too hard each time. I was so tired and burned out by the last 2 especially the last one. I also wanted faster 200 meter times. That 200 pace should not be slower than the 400. I wanted like 36-39 each time. I really need to work on my kick.
