A nice, easy recovery workout today which is exacatly what I needed to get the DOMS out of my hamstrings and glutes. JK has an indoor race in Montreal this weekend so she had to do a short workout. So I just worked out with her and we traded the lead.

Intended to do some core work afterward but got lazy.
