Comments:
Feeling really tired today. Last night I slept like 10 hours and just felt exhausted after dinner. Must be because my body knows its spring break, but we dont really get it completely off. I didnt feel like running today, but it was so nice out. Chilly and windy, but really sunny. Since it was so hard to get out the door, did a short run nice and easy. Got the legs moving and it invigorated me. Excellent. Felt fine took it nice and slow and just zoned out. Chafing from yesterday kinda hurt. I need some Body Glide though. Im not used to running in shorts, so when ever I do it chafes real bad.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch afterwards. Legs feeling good. Super excited for Selection Sunday today. March Madness is going to be a lot of fun. Its going to be even madder since we need to start up Cume studying again (I think the Cume is around the time of the national championship). It will be a good compliment to studying.
