Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I felt pretty run down today. Mentally/ physically tired, likely due to the exercise yesterday. Also, I did this loop opposite the way I usually run it and it felt much more hilly, for some reason. Also, calves/shins were hurting during the run, so I'm going to roll out my calves and ice tonight. It's probably nothing, but I'm going to stay away from steep pavement uphills/downhills if possible.
