Comments:
Suns out today baby. Kinda cold but still real nice weather. Looking forward to a run. Ran over to Cross Mountain, havnt been there in a while. I got up to the trail, and there was still ice and snow on it. Guess its still cold in the woods. I turned around there after a bathroom break then headed back. Added on an SES loop since I was feeling good. Coming out of the SES parking lot, I picked it up a lot. Some days you got that fire to run fast. I was flying down the sidewalk, then kicked it in real strong down Hadley. Felt great to open up like that, especially since my legs have been kinda heavy and slow lately.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Stretch and roll felt good. I had to clean up a puddle of cat piss first, which wasnt really what I wanted to do right after getting back from a run... Legs and ankle are feeling good though. Gonna hit the gym tomorrow. Everyone has been telling me that it is a ghost town since all the undergrads are gone. Sweet, that means I might be able to get a rack and do some squats and hang snatches.
