Did handoffs with the sprinters (I'm running the 4x200m on Sat.). It was nice getting a peek at what their training is like. Then I ran to the firehouse and back and added on a bit around GDS as a cooldown. I was feeling rushed when I headed out on my run (it was already 5:17!) so I went much quicker on my run than I had originally intended. I felt solid. Shins are hurting though. The sprinting made them hurt a little more but my legs mostly just felt tired during my run. Planks (1min) leg lifts (12) Vups (50) pushups (50) burpees (14) and a couple other drills then stretched. I feel pretty worn out. Excited for a rest day tomorrow.
