Weather: warm sunny gorgeous
Comments:
Long river run along the boston side. no stops, no water (blocked off). Got to DeWolfe in 54:40. Walked 5-6 minutes up bowarrow, ran home, mixing up the pace. feeling the hip stuff but did some good stretching and massage beforehand, seems to make a difference. thinking mellow happy thoughts. overall, great.
