Weather: constant breeze on the Boulevard, but a great day to workout outside

drills and strides

lunges and strides
10' cool down
Met JK at the Boathouse and we warmed up together and did this mother of a workout. The McCoffee I had in the afternoon really help me get through this one. I felt like I was moving fast and lightly.
First real double day of the year completed.
