Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fitting in a bunch of errands today. Went and ran right before lunch. I was hungry, but I havnt ran in a few days so I really wanted to go. I thought it would be warmer this weekend, so I didnt bring any pants. That came back to bit me since it was pretty cold out. Everything below the waist was pretty cold when I got back. Felt good though. Started out pretty quick, slowed down when I hit the hills, but then finished up fast. Recess was going on at South Hill and I ran right through it. All the kids were laughing at me. I think that then thought I wasnt wearing any pants... Good thing the teacher didnt yell at me for indecent exposure. Oh yea and my head was cold cause I just got a hair cut.

Quick stretch while watching the tip off of Mercer v Duke game. Ankle was a little sore today. Rest of my legs feel good, not sore from the lift anymore.
