Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny and warm enough for shorts; then flurries

Comments:
stick work and glute activation
15' warm up + 6' steady state
drills and strides
2 X 10' @ LT pace/2'
4 X strides, lunges, squat jumps, push-ups
12:42' cool down

Solid workout but I'm surprised my HR never got about 180 BPM on the big hill on Southside Rd. To simplify, I've listed the both LT intervals and the break together; my average BPM was probably around 175.
