Was planning on running, but the group ended going out to Rafters for dinner since 2 postdocs are leaving this week. Had loads of chicken and beer, and we were there pretty late. I had to the take the bus home so I didnt get back until like 9ish. So I just did abs after some studying. I really want to get in a run tomorrow though. Abs felt good. Felt in the groove today with work and research, after feeling sad and upset last night. It was better. Legs feel ok but itching to run, especially in nice spring time weather.
