My legs felt terrible and were sufficiently sore walking that I decided to make today a short day and run my "long" run tomorrow to hit 50 for the week. I again felt incredibly clunky today but that's to be expected. I felt marginally less out-of-shape only running 5 miles instead of 8. I still am getting the feeling on every run after about 3 miles that I've gone really far.
