Comments:
Ran with SZ, Sahil, and Jessie the back way to St Albans then did a couple laps with Anthony there. I had a lot of fun on my way back from Sta. I crossed Wisconsin along Woodley Rd and connected with Mass ave and ran toward the circle until the glover trail. Then I took glover to Van Ness to 42nd and home. Even though I'd done the individual parts of the run tons of times, I felt like I was an explorer finding all new parts of DC. T'was awesome. Planks (1min) leg lifts (15 per side). No striders because of shins.

Shin note: My calves and shins were really tight the whole run. Especially at the beginning, my shins hurt with every step, more or less. It was nice getting onto trail though, that seemed to help.
