Tempo-ish...after work.

I wanted to try a tempo like run today....but when I asked coach about tempo she said that since my training pace for easy runs is 6:20-7:00 I could just push lower than 6:20 and that would work...anyway, I wanted to aim for 5:50...except I started too fast and my splits slowed down...:( It was still ok though. I had to run after work for the first time though and didn't start until 5:30 after wasting 1.5 hrs due to locking my keys in my car (trunk to be specific)...Originially I was going to run before work like I normally due but figured I would have to get up before 5, and before the bike path opened so I decided to wait....I was just assuming I would start earlier. Nevertheless I felt tired but good run. I lifted this morning before work. 6 x 100m also.
