Comments:
Took the warm up pretty fast. It was windy and muddy. It was also very humid. I felt ok in the beginning. On one side, my shoes got covered in mud and made them a little heavy and made me slow down. On the way back, I was tired. It was an ok run. I wish I didn't slow down on the last mile before cool down.
