Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Studying and doing work at Conte most of the day. Real productive and it was actually pretty fun. Vijesh Cristiam and I were all there. We got bored around 3 and all went to the gym. I ran over as my warm up. Went the long way around campus down Pleasant and then across Massachusetts to Commonwealth. Then I went in and did my lift. After the lift, ran .5 on the indoor with Cristiam to shake out. I felt like running a little more, so I went back outside and did a stadium loop. It was quiet out there. Raining the whole time but the temp was nice and crisp it felt refreshing and nice. I was moving pretty slow, mostly because the terrain was soggy and I felt kinda uncoordinated from not running yesterday. Once I passed the gym on the way back, I felt awesome and picked it up a lot. I was flying up the hill. I was behind some girl and I really wanted to beat her to Conte, so I hit the jets and finished hard it felt great. Legs good at the end.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a quick stretch in my office. Pretty soaked and muddy from the run. Legs felt good, arms sore from the lift I could feel the pump during the run still.
Also the battery on my watch died, so I couldnt time any of this... I need to get a new watch or a new battery ASAP. Also my glasses were kinda loose today and covered in rain so it was hard to see.
