Comments:
There's a crazy snowstorm outside (I'm in Utah, although I've heard DC isn't much better)! So, I opted to run on a treadmill today. I still feel super sore from the tourney yesterday so I wanted to run just to loosen up. But as I was running, I felt pretty good so I turned the end of the run into a bit of a tempo. Felt good.
Also, today was my first day of skiing! It was awesome snow and so much fun. I'm hoping all the cardio (plus the elevation!) will help out my running.
