Weather: 45, sunny, wore shorts and long sleeves

Comments:
I dragged myself out of bed at 9:08 for a morning run, because we'd leave to tour Haverford at 10:30 at the latest. I was stiff, had to loosen up and didn't get out the door until around 9:22. Procedural steady run, not too fast, not too slow, ended up feeling pretty good. Military to Taylor Park to Vermont to Old Dominion to Lee to George Mason to Yorktown, taking Glebe all the way back to Military, coming home through the creek. Pressed for time I only got to stretch for 5:20 and have been sore all day as a result. I felt how I'd imagine Anthony feels when "family stuff" shortens his runs. Later, 1 minute down pushup, 10 squats, six inches for 2:00, 20 pushups, 3:30 side planks.
