Comments:
Came back around 4 to fit in a run. I did a lot of studying and hit the wall in the afternoon. Gorgeous weather. Fuck you winter cause spring is here. Wore shorts and it was awesome. All my classmates think it is officially spring now that I wore shorts. On the run, started out fast because it felt so nice out. Took a bathroom break and kept up with the pace, felt good today after taking yesterday off. I was pretty tired right before heading out but didnt think much of it. On the way back, the wind was against me and I started to slow down. I heard a plane flying overhead, and when I looked up I saw a small plane stalling right above me, just sitting there up in the air. I freaked out and thought that something was wrong. The plane began to drop straight down! On the way down, it did several controlled turns, and then flattened out almost instantly. It then proceeded to fly back up and do a little loop, then dive bomb back down. I realized that it was a stunt plane doing some sweet tricks. I stopped and watched it for a while. It was pretty legit. As I started back up, my stomach started to cramp up and I didnt feel so good. I probs should have stopped... Anyways felt better when I got back.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch was good legs feeling sore after today. Felt light and quick today though. Must be the weather. I was getting used to running on uneven footing in the slush. Now the roads are dry I can just fly down them. Also I sweat a ton and it got in my eyes. Its been a while since that happened.
