Speed Work On Bellaire Track

Comments:
This was just light speed work. So we could keep intensity, but at a low workload. The workout was 4x400s around mile race pace with about 3:15-3:30 rest. I felt good especially during the warm up. I always ran the first 200 faster than the last. I also got cut off a lot while running. Overall, good last hard workout until districts on Friday. There was also wind coming up on the back straight.
