Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after class. It was real nice out today, sun and perfect weather. Starting out felt kinda slow. Went through the backwoods and it was kinda muddy I had some uneven footing. Its has been a while since running back in Wildwood. That was a go to spot over the summer. It was way fucking hot then, I remember struggling through the heat some days there. Popped out of Wildwood and headed down past the schools. Didnt go all the way to Triagle, but cut back on Chestnut. Ran back up Orchard Hill past the dorms and back down the hill to Conte. Up on Orchard Hill, all the undergrads were chillin on the slope, tossing the frisbee or playing guitar. It was legit. Kids deserve it after a winter like the one we had. Coming down the hill I felt good, but my chaffing was catching up and it kinda hurt, so I couldnt open up all the way. Tired overall on the run though didnt feel super quick.
Essentials: Stretch
Very short stretch in my office I was pretty muddy and nasty from the trails. Legs feel ok though not to tight like earlier in the run.
Might have been a little shorter than 5.5 idk where I am going back in the woods.
