Weather: sunny and mid 40's wind from NNE

Comments:
3 wu, then 2x800 (2:29, 2:27) with 2 min rest, then 4x400 (69, 67, 66, 64), then 4x100 strides and jog 100, 2.5 cd. Nice not to have to lead each lap and take all the wind. Felt smooth and able to turn over.
