Rec Center Lift

Exercise Type: Weights

Big time study session at Conte today. Putting in work. Good stuff. Went to the gym in the afternoon. It was pretty chilly out today. Didnt really want to warm up outside, plus I should let my Achilles rest. After warming up did a short lift. Feeling kinda dehydrated, so I didnt do much. I couldnt get super pumped up either.

3 Sets of:
DB Lateral Shoulder Raise x 20 (20lbs)
Bench Dips x20
Med Ball Pushups x20

The medball pushups were tough. I was going to exhaustion and my arms gave out on the last set. Dang son. I tried to find the box for box step ups after that, but I couldnt, so I just went and cooled down.

Essentials: Stretch

Got in a great stretch legs feeling good. Achilles still a little tight see how it feels the next two days. For some reason today, I really got the urge to race. Kinda wish I was at Marv Frye today... Maybe its time to find another local 5k.
