Did workout after practice cause I had conflict. Did one set of 300 500 400 300 then 500 then 400 400 400 300 300 300. didn't really time but was good alone effort. Probably hitting 63's 64's pace wise. Maybe a little too hard of an effort but wanted to push myself since not much time to get quality work in
