Reverse Stadium Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran from Conte after the Physics test. It was sunny and very windy. With shorts shorts that makes an interesting combo... Little chilly in fact. Ran over to the fields by Mullins first. I wore a calf sleeve to support the achilles a little. At first it was too low and tugging on my arch, which hurt. After readjusting it, it felt a lot better. Didnt really notice it today, just a little sore. Ran around the stadium, fighting the wind. It felt like it slowed me down a lot. Ran up Fearing st to Lincoln, and then back to Conte through campus, just kinda wandering around. Felt good to get moving, even though I did slow down a bunch in the wind.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched outside near the benches. Stretch was pretty quick, just so windy out. Achilles a little tight still and legs feel heavy afterward. Actually felt in a good groove and "in shape" today overall.

Guessing on the exact mileage. Kinda twisting and winding all over the place.
