Weather: 45, sleet, rain, puddles everywhere

Comments:
Hilarious run with Zeke, Aids and Tristan Loughboro-->CCT-->River in serious weather conditions. I did not feel good at the beginning, but settled in and by the end of practice, felt back to my normal fitness again, whereas yesterday I felt lumbering and bulky from the day off. 15 leg lifts, 2 minute planks, 2 minute flutter kicks, 40 pushups, heel toe walks.
