Reverse four mile loop extended with Aidan, Tristan, Gabo and K-trean. Anthony said this was 5.5, but it felt easier than the pace below. Eight, long striders with Aidan on the new rubber carpet covering most of the sprint track's center lane, two minute planks, 20 leg lifts per position. Good week overall. I got to sleep before midnight every night, as I did four out of five nights last week, making for seven hours of sleep every night. I didn't do quite as much strength work as I wanted to, especially the lower back exercises. I guess this is kind of a lull week, but Tuesday and Wednesday were very high quality. Racing the 3200m tomorrow night at 8:10, which will be enjoyable. Anthony told me on Monday that I need to stop thinking about times so much before I race.
