Comments:
Supposed to do 12-14 but mix of out too fast and eating something bad only did 10.25. Of course hit the last mile and finally felt fine again in my stomach like I wasn't going to puke but I was so tight and sore by then from feeling so lousy that I just called it quits. Really could have thrown up at any point in the run but didn't want to have to run all the way back with that taste in my mouth.
