LONG RUN

Weather: HOT... Little breeze

Comments:
I couldn't mentally get into this run. I started to wonder if the trail had become too familiar. Do I need a change of scenery because I know what's coming up... what the landmarks mean in terms of how far I still have yet to go. At mile 11 I lost momentum. For the first time in my running experience I just wanted it to end. I felt like that last mile was neverending. I made it and stretched. My knees hurt a little. I drank a 20 oz gatorade along the run...but still my sweat was electrolyte rich.
