Comments:
I did a lap around the block, ran the majority of soul crusher with DZ at a conversational pace and another lap around the block. We went out in 20:28 and came back in 19:15. I felt pretty good on the run, but my hamstrings were still sore. Shin ached slightly in the morning, but went away in the afternoon. We did a few minutes of strength work together as well: 20 pushups, 10 alternating lunges per leg, 1 minute superman hold, fetal curls for 1:00, squat pushup progression to eight.
