Comments:
Ran a mile in gym today. In practice I ran a mile warm-up, then we did another mile warm-up, and a lap after stretching. Then we did 6 400s with 5 minutes in between. I'm pretty sure all of mine were around 65-68. It was really tiring. Afterwards we did a mile cooldown.
