Comments:
Cactus and back with Griffin and a few others then 20 minutes on the elliptical. Crunch progression for 1 minute, 45 pushups. The shin didn't bother me on the run or when doing the elliptical, but it did hurt a little during the day. I tried the "hop test" again and passed. Making sure, as Griffin has told me to do to get psyched for the 4x800m on Saturday.
