Comments:
Rainy rainy day outside. Katherine and Isabel and I tagged along a little behind the boys' group on the 39th Street loop. The pace was a near tempo. Then a 6x200ish workout at fort reno, which felt a little slow. I only got 6hrs of sleep the night before and less over the weekend so I'm thinking that may have affected how I felt during the workout. I'm also a little worried about the girls' team--there were only 3 of us in a group that usually has 8 or 9!
