Comments:
Legs are pretty sore from yesterday/ general fatigue/ pre-tapering tightness. Still, I got new shoes today and really enjoyed hopping around on those. Kath, Gillian, Isabel and I ran out to cactus and back and what felt like a slightly-faster-than-comfortable pace and I checked the time when we got back and saw we went out and back in 23.5min! That did make sense, however, with how tired I was after the run. But still, I am so impressed by our girls team and so happy that the hard work everyone has been putting in is really showing. So that was heartening in an otherwise kind've slow and gloomy day.
