Rec Center Lift

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Softball cancelled because the fields are all soggy. I stayed after and went to the gym since I havnt been there in a while. Just did a bunch of random stuff to burn off steam. Kinda ran from the parking lot to the gym, felt weird in my old shoes.

3 Sets of:
Bench dips x20
DB Shoulder Press x20 (20 lbs)
PBDBKBDLKB x20 (20 lbs)
Goblet Squat x20 (30 lbs) or Medball pushups x10 eachside

Did goblet squat the first set, medballs the second, then nothing the last. Really tired at the end. After cooldown, just walked back to my car.

Essentials: Stretch

Did a really short stretch in the parking lot after walkin back. Walking back was my way of stretching out I feel. Felt like I got an ok workout in, it was nice out wish I had my running stuff. Kinda had to make a game time decision. Just really tired and hungry after the workout.

On another note, we had our last class of the semester today. That marks the last class that I am required to take, ever... hasnt hit home really considering I have been taking classes since Kindergarten. So pretty much my whole life. Also Im gonna take an elective each semester from now on so...
