Got in a lil run this afternoon. Legs felt like rocks today. Not really stretching probably didnt help. Just kept plugging along. Guess I felt a little better near the end though. Wind was against me on the way back up Russell so that slowed me down. Weather was nice, storm clouds off in the distance, but there was sun when I was running. Good shake out and good to work out the heavy legs.

Essentials: Stretch, hips

Stretch and hips outside, feeling much better. With shorts shorts on its kinda scary how white and pale my thighs are. Rough winter I guess... So good to be out in the sun now. Weak mileage this week, that always happens during finals though. Gotta get into a groove this summer and hopefully find some other people to train with and some races to do.
