Comments:
First day of summertime work. It was cool got a bunch done, just going in and working at your own pace its fun. Came home and went straight out for a run. It was hot and sunny today, shirtless weather. Started out slow, lower legs were pretty tight and heavy, but everything else felt good. Felt like they were locked up and dragging me along. Kept rolling and then picked it up on the way back, felling a little bit looser. Just cruized along the whole time getting some nice exercise in. Pretty tired when I got back, but didnt burn up completely. It wasnt that hot out.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched outside then came in to cool down since I was sweating so much I could barely see anything. Eww forgot how sweaty you can get in the summer.

Cool story of the day: One of the tires on the bus this morning popped. I was sitting right above it and could feel it blow. We had to wait for another bus to come and pick us up. It was eventful.
