Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran around 4. Rain storm is supposed to be coming in so I tried to run before it. Successful on that accord. It was very humid though. Felt super slow and tired today. Legs heavy and not much pep or speed. Just slogged along, but it felt good none the less. Picked it up a little bit on the way back. Shin was sore so I wore the sleeve. It was sore last night after the game and this morning, but with the sleeve on I couldnt feel it at all. Tired at the end of this week.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched outside. Shorter stretch since it was starting to rain, and I was getting hungry. Legs feel ok as I picked it up on the way back and strode out. Shin still a little sore. Just need to chill and let them rest a little bit. Its tough switching from run to softball every day, but its fun to switch it up.
