Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Errands in the morning then ran right at 3. I was feeling dehydrated and chunky, so I wanted to get outside and move a little bit. I def wasnt dehydrated since I had to pee the whole time. Stopped mid way then kept going, felt much better after that. Thought this would be a slog but actually felt ok. Went really slow. Nice day out not too hot but the sun was hiding.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back. Still feeling full from lunch, and Im still thirsty. Right shoe is kinda messed up. The heel section is really weak and sinks in when I put the shoe on. Time to get new shoes I think.

Congrats to all the graduates today. I watched most of it on Mediavision it was pretty cool. Making it through Case aint easy, and its tough to sum up all the hard work and accomplishment in one single day. I cant believe I have been an alumni for a year now... I miss it every single day. College is not real life, and you will miss it, but you have to move on sometime. It makes it all worth it.
