Comments:
It was super hot today. My muscles were tired from yesterday. When I ran, I could feel the soreness in them. I ran to the railroad tracks at a slow pace, I got really tired endurance wise there. I ran to the water fountain near the freeway. There I walked like a mile and then jogged like half a mile back to the school. I felt really bad. My pace was so slow.
