Weather: mid 50s, very light mist.

Comments:
GARBAGE today. My damn running shoes are dead...which explains why my legs have felt like ASS the past 3 days. Man, does it suck to only get ~350 miles in a pair of shoes. That's like a 30% reduction in shoe life.

Legs felt VERY TRASHED early, then came around on the trail, but then once I got on the roads totally went to shit. They felt AWFUL and I can just tell it's the shoes. My leg energy is pretty damn good; but it's like I'm running barefoot on the concrete.

I ordered shoes online on Sat, but they won't be here 'til next Mon, so now I'm gonna have to buy a pair at ERC, like TONIGHT. F.
