we didn't get into the pool until 5:20 and it closes at 6:00. this time i can't be too pissed at the KAC for it.
100 swim
200 kick (50 flutter, 50 breast, 50 flutter, 50 breast)
200 swim
10x100 on very eclectic intervals since i'm not used to doing long course and it's been a long time since i did any sort of actual swimming.
no cool down since when i got back after my last interval it was past closing time.
i'm really tired. this was a great workout for my back/upper body. the flutter kicking works the hip flexors well and the breast stroke kicking works the groin muscles well, so i've got everything covered right now. even my forearms are tired.
