Comments:
Got to fit in a nice run today. I was tired from studying when I got home but just got ready and went out the door. It was pretty chilly today actually. Longsleeve weather. I started out slow since I havnt run the past few days. As I got past squire village I felt like going a little further, and in fact picked it up. Had the wind with me down abd against me on the way back. Still picked up the pace and finished really strong. It was so natural, I wasnt planning on speeding up or even trying to speed up. It just happened. Thinking about Nationals and practice on the way back, just zoned out.
Essentials: Stretch
Came into stretch cause it was cold out. Legs feel tired after the run but stretched out nice. Needed that in them.
