1.37 Mile Run

Comments:
I started off this run ok. I was steadily dropping the pace, but my leg was hurting a little. Then it got worse. I stopped at like half a mile to stretch my leg out. It was the back of my calf and knee. It was hurting pretty bad. I assumed the pain would go away as it usually does. I stopped after the warm up mile as I usually do. I started running around 7:40 pace, It started to bother me again. It got really bad once I crossed the railroad tracks. I stopped to see what I could do. There was nothing I could do to make it feel better. The last thing I wanted was to injure myself from something I could have prevented. It was really hurting so I decided to call it a quit. I walked home fine, but it hurt if I put a lot of pressure. It felt super tight when I was rolling out. I am getting new shoes today, so hopefully it helps. I really hope my left leg is better tomorrow.
