Comments:
Ran right after getting home. It was hotter out today, I could feel the heat. Went slow and just chilled. There was a nice breeze which made it comfortable. I was still feeling tired and didnt want to go far. Ended up being a nice little loop with a little extra.
Essentials: Stretch
Very light stretch. I had to go to the bathroom and I was pretty sweaty when I got back, so I didnt get that much in. Legs feel good just tired now. Every summer it takes a while to get the mileage used to the heat. Now it is starting to get pretty toasty out.
