Wills Hills Perimeter Run

Today was my first day of Wills hills. The weather was alright. It's been worse, but wasn't perfect. I actually started this run off really fast. I got tired pretty quickly, but then I kind of got a rhythm going. I was really tired from the run. It had to have been to starting off really fast. The first minute was at like 6 minute pace which was stupid. The one really long hill was kind of a killer at the end of the workout. This has to give me a lot of mental strength. You have to be tough to do these workouts. My mile times were 6:38, 7:01, 7:20, and 7:40 pace for last .14 miles. the last minute was uphill so that is why my pace was slow. I slowed during this workout, but it was still a tough workout. It has been a while since I have ran on tough hills. 7 Minute pace is faster than I thought I was going to run. I didn't feel tightness at all. My small injury was 100 percent today.
