Great workout. Pyramid. 4 x 200 (37-40 w/ 100 jogs), 2 x 400 (78-80 w/200 jogs), 1x800 (2:40-2:45 w/400 jog) and back down. Went 41, 38, 38, 38, 78, 78, 2:41, 77, 77, 38, 36, 37, 37. Felt very strong. Not quick yet, but able to keep a fast pace going.
